What we collect
When you request a concept or contact LeadHarbor Studio, we may collect the business website you submit, your business email, consent record, request attribution and basic site interaction events. We do not ask for payment-card details in our forms.
Why we use it
We use this information to review the public business website, prepare or discuss the requested first-screen concept, reply to the enquiry, prevent abuse and measure whether the service is working.
Payments and service providers
Card payments are handled on Polar's checkout and crypto payments are handled by NOWPayments. Email delivery, hosting, analytics and advertising providers process only the information needed for their part of the service under their own terms.
Retention and your choices
We keep business enquiries only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain service records and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete an enquiry, or unsubscribe from follow-up messages at any time.
